After having a long career in the corporate world, once-upon-a-time I left my business development role at a software company and decided to take a leap of faith to set out on my personal business journey.
Like many entrepreneurs and small business owners I had a passion. My goal was to work towards something that I knew was my purpose. I wanted to use my talents for good! In those five years of journeying, I was tested as an entrepreneur, and I learned a lot! The learning process taught me that entrepreneur life isn’t all unicorns and rainbows. I can be the first one to admit that!
I know first-hand how many times I had to figure stuff out on my own, do the research, work late nights, struggle with my self-doubt, and the list goes on and on. If you’ve been there, you know. Family and friends are not always there cheering you on, people in business might not want to help or support you for fear that sharing knowledge and expertise might make you the competition. Can you relate?
Well, I’m here to tell you that you are not alone. This is a real thing.
Sometimes I just needed someone to talk to and hear me out, because the business journey is one thing, but my personal life was also a part of my journey, and to be honest, doing this alone required balance. And I needed that!
As I set out on this journey, I was developing a company that would help businesses and entrepreneurs with things like branding, graphic design, website design and marketing. But as I met and worked with more and more entrepreneurs, I learned that there was a serious need for life coaching and consulting among my community.
Most of these business owners didn’t really know what a life coach or consultant was or where to find resources like this. I was shocked because everyone deserves the support that a life coach or consultant brings. I know I did! These resources were what helped me get to where I am in business today!
Overall, all these entrepreneurs had the same pain points. “I don’t know where to start, I get stuck and don’t always have the support to turn to, I’m overwhelmed and have a lot to accomplish, but don’t know where to start, I’ve asked someone in my same network or same industry, but they don’t want to help, I can do the research myself, but I would much rather spend my time doing what I love, it’s a learning curve,” etc. For some reason I kept running into entrepreneurs who had a good heart and good head on their shoulders, but they felt they were not getting the right support to be able to advance and grow more.
This is when I decided to expand my business and provide life coaching and consulting in addition to all the other services I was already providing. I serve entrepreneurs and business owners as a trusted resource and support. I help them GROW as individuals and entrepreneurs.
I meet in-person or by phone. They tell me their struggles, doubts, needs and I help them find clarity or business solutions. I help them build the life they want and assist in bringing out their own brilliance and resources so that they can achieve excellence. Through coaching and consulting I help move my clients into action. I guide them towards focus and support them in accelerating their progress.
The truth is you have it in you. You’re a go-getter and sometimes just need a little support and then you can execute! Let me help you strategize and overcome obstacles. Whether you need help achieving personal, relationship and professional goals, I’m here for you!
